What is Priority Moments?

Priority Moments is a free loyalty service for all O2 customers. It gives them access to a wide range of exclusive offers and experiences from shops, services and leisure brands.

O2 customers can access Priority Moments by mobile or on their computer. The mobile app uses your location to show the offers nearest to you first. Priority Moments is now open to independent businesses as a self-serve portal to create and manage offers and advertise directly to thousands of O2 customers.

Independent businesses can sign up and use the service for free.

What Does The Service Do?

Priority Moments for independent businesses is a self-service, online tool that allows one to create and publish offers (or Moments) for Priority Moments users to see.

It's sure to get businesses noticed, as all Moments published using Priority Moments for independent businesses will appear on Priority Moments via the mobile web, as well as via our app available on iPhone, Android, Windows 7 and Blackberry phones. And as the Priority Moments service is location-based, O2 customers can now find great deals near them, no matter where they are.

How does Priority Moments work exactly?

When businesses publish a Moment it's added to our database of live offers. Then, when a customer in the local area launches Priority Moments on their phone we instantly update their offer list with all the live offers, sorted by location with the nearest offers at the top. If they choose to accept a Moment we reveal a code, which they then show you in order to complete the transaction.
